So, you've come to this page wondering, "Where did my chihuahua picture picture go?" or "What happened to my lawn jockey picture?"

Well, the answer is simple.  They weren't yours.  While I may not hold the copyright to the pictures, they were on my host and you were leeching my bandwidth through hotlinking.  Hotlinking has risks, as you've no doubt discovered.  You just never know what the person you're stealing bandwidth from without permission might change that picture to.

Don't feel too bad.  It's happened to many people, even John McCain.

But in the future, you'd do well to just get your own image host, save the image yourself and embed it that way.  Don't be lazy and link to someone else's graphic.
